Payment & Delivery Terms

  • 50% down payment upon order, and the remaining 50% upon delivery.
  • Delivery will be made within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the initial payment.

Inspection & Condition

  • Items must be checked prior to turnover and will be received in good condition.
  • In case of factory defects, buyers may request a replacement within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.

Warranty

  • A one‑year service warranty applies to the main units only.
  • Accessories are not covered by the warranty.
  • Physical damage, except for natural wear and tear, will void both replacement and service warranty.
